Preparation
- Brew a cup of your favorite coffee and let it cool slightly.
- In a blender, add the brewed coffee along with the protein powder.
- Pour in the milk and mix in your preferred sweetener if desired.
- Add a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend everything together on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the High Protein Iced Coffee into a tall glass and garnish as desired.
- Sip and enjoy!
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Stir before drinking. Freezing is not recommended as it can alter texture, but you can use ice cubes in a blender later. Avoid adding too much ice initially; you can always add more later.
