Ingredients
  

For the coffee
  • 1 cup brewed coffee Use your favorite method to brew.
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) Choose your preferred flavor.
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) Almond milk or oat milk can be used for variations.
  • to taste none sweetener Optional; honey or agave syrup are good choices.
  • as needed none ice cubes Adjust to preference for chilliness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew a cup of your favorite coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a blender, add the brewed coffee along with the protein powder.
  3. Pour in the milk and mix in your preferred sweetener if desired.
  4. Add a handful of ice cubes.
  5. Blend everything together on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour the High Protein Iced Coffee into a tall glass and garnish as desired.
  7. Sip and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Stir before drinking. Freezing is not recommended as it can alter texture, but you can use ice cubes in a blender later. Avoid adding too much ice initially; you can always add more later.
