Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the water and egg. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a round pizza crust, roughly 1/4 inch thick.
Baking
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove the crust and add your choice of toppings such as sauce, cheese, or veggies.
- Bake again for 10-15 minutes, until your toppings are cooked to your liking.
- Slice and serve your pizza!
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the crust for up to a month. Reheat at 350°F until warmed through.
