Preparation
  1. Ensure shrimp is peeled and deveined. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic once the butter is melted. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp in a single layer, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side and then flip.
  5. Once both sides are pink and cooked through, remove skillet from heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or frozen for 1-2 months. To reheat, place in a skillet with olive oil or microwave covered with a wet paper towel.
