  • 1 piece pizza crust (store-bought or homemade) Use halal-friendly ingredients.
Toppings
  • 1 cup Hawaiian BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Ensure it’s halal.
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 piece red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro For garnishing.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer your rolled dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the Hawaiian BBQ sauce evenly over the base, leaving a little room around the edges for the crust.
  5. Distribute the shredded chicken evenly over the BBQ sauce layer.
  6. Sprinkle the pineapple chunks and thinly sliced red onions over the chicken.
  7. Generously top everything with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Baking
  1. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
Serving
  1. Once out of the oven, sprinkle fresh cilantro on top, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Substitutions: Consider swapping chicken for grilled shrimp or a veggie mix for a meatless delight. Avoid overloading on toppings to prevent sogginess. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes.
