Preparation
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Wash the avocados, cilantro, and tomatoes thoroughly.
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Use a fork or a potato masher to mash the avocado to your desired consistency.
  3. Finely chop the small onion, jalapeño, and tomatoes, then add them to the bowl with the mashed avocado.
  4. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and chopped cilantro to the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle in salt to taste and mix thoroughly to ensure all flavors are balanced.
  6. Give it a taste test and adjust the seasoning as necessary.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface to minimize browning.
