Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- Begin by prepping your steak; season generously with salt and black pepper. Then, slice the zucchinis into round pieces.
Grilling
- Heat your grill over medium-high heat.
- Place the seasoned steak on the grill, cooking for 5–7 minutes per side, depending on your desired doneness. Once cooked, remove and let it rest.
- While the steak rests, toss the zucchini in olive oil, adding salt and pepper for flavor. Place them on the grill for about 4-5 minutes until they’re tender and slightly charred.
Sauce Preparation
- In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Stir over low heat until warmed through and slightly thickened. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Assembly
- Slice the rested steak and place it at the base of a bowl. Layer the grilled zucchini on top, and drizzle generously with the creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve the bowls and prepare for compliments!
