  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley Optional

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined using your hands.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, pressing it down into a loaf shape.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For best results, avoid overmixing. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-30 minutes.
