Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s ready for the bombs.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Open the cans of biscuits and separate them. You can work with one biscuit at a time for easier handling.
- Take a biscuit, flatten it a bit in your hand, and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center. Pinch the edges together to seal the filling inside the dough. Roll it gently into a ball and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter for added flavor and a beautiful golden finish.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until they turn a lovely golden brown.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving, as the filling will be hot. Enjoy your Garlic Cheeseburger Bombs with your favorite dipping sauce or on their own!
Notes
If you're looking for alternatives, you can swap out ground beef for ground chicken or turkey. Make sure to seal the bombs properly to avoid any filling leaks. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
