  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces Use your favorite cut of steak.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter For best flavor.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic recommended.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste Adjust according to preference.

Preparation
  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the bite-sized pieces of steak generously with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Add half of the steak pieces to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until a nice crust forms. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes, to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  2. Repeat the process with the remaining pieces of steak.
  3. Lower the heat and melt the butter in the same skillet. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Return the steak to the pan and toss in the buttery garlic sauce until well coated. Cook for an additional minute to warm through.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve on a platter.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Cut steak evenly for uniform cooking. Store leftovers properly in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to a month.
