Preparation
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the bite-sized pieces of steak generously with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Add half of the steak pieces to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until a nice crust forms. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes, to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
- Repeat the process with the remaining pieces of steak.
- Lower the heat and melt the butter in the same skillet. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return the steak to the pan and toss in the buttery garlic sauce until well coated. Cook for an additional minute to warm through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve on a platter.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Cut steak evenly for uniform cooking. Store leftovers properly in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to a month.
