Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Spread the cookie batter evenly into a greased 11x17 inch baking dish.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden at the edges.
- Insert a toothpick in the middle; it should come out clean.
Cooling and Serving
- Allow the bars to cool completely before frosting.
- Cut into squares and serve.

For Halal-friendly options, substitute coconut oil for butter. Don’t overbake to maintain a chewy texture. Experiment with different flavorings in your frosting.
