Mixing
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ranch dressing mix. Stir until well-blended.
- Add in the corn, diced tomatoes, and green onions. Mix gently to coat everything in the dressing.
Final Touch
- Just before serving, fold in the Fritos corn chips to keep them crunchy.
- Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. To maintain Fritos' crunch, keep them separate until serving. You can freeze the corn and veggie mixture before adding the Fritos.
