Cooking
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, around 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, about another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat until all the batter is used and serve the pancakes warm with your desired toppings.
Notes
For even fluffiness, let your batter rest for about 5-10 minutes before cooking. You can experiment with substitutions like whole wheat flour or almond milk. Ensure a steady medium heat for even cooking.
