- Thinly slice the beef sirloin against the grain.
Make the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Cook the Beef
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef in a single layer and sear without stirring for about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir the beef and cook for another 2-3 minutes until browned but still tender.
Add Vegetables
- Add the sliced bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes until tender yet crisp.
Combine
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, mixing well and cooking for another minute or two until heated through.
Serve
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
You can substitute chicken breast or shrimp instead of beef. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat gently to maintain tenderness.
