Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces eggs Use fresh eggs for best flavor.
  • 1 liter milk Whole milk recommended for creaminess.
  • 150 grams sugar Adjust according to taste preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.
  • a pinch none salt Enhances overall flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all the ingredients on your kitchen counter for a streamlined cooking experience.
Cooking
  1. In a large saucepan, pour in the liter of milk. Heat it over medium heat, stirring gently until it begins to warm up but not boil.
  2. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add a pinch of salt and the sugar. Whisk them together until they’re well combined and frothy.
  3. Once the milk is warm, lower the heat. Gradually pour the egg mixture into the pan while continuously stirring the milk to prevent scrambling.
  4. Drizzle in the vanilla extract and keep stirring for an additional 5-7 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken slightly to a custard-like consistency.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat and serve your Eggs in Milk warm. Garnish with a touch of cinnamon or fresh fruit if desired.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Be cautious with heat to prevent scrambling the eggs. You can customize with toppings like nuts, coconut, or honey.
