- Start by washing all your fruits. Gently pat them dry.
- Remove the green tops and slice the strawberries into halves or quarters.
- Cut each grape in half.
- If using fresh pineapple, cut it into bite-sized chunks.
- Segment the orange and remove any seeds.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all the fruits: strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, pineapple, and orange segments.
- Drizzle the honey and lemon juice over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
- Add fresh mint leaves on top for garnish.
- Transfer the fruit salad into a serving bowl and enjoy!
