  • 1 cup green grapes, halved Halving makes them easier to eat.
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks Use fresh or canned, drained.
  • 1 orange, segmented Cut into segments; remove seeds if any.
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey Use maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is preferred.
Garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves For garnish and added flavor.

Preparation
  1. Start by washing all your fruits. Gently pat them dry.
  2. Remove the green tops and slice the strawberries into halves or quarters.
  3. Cut each grape in half.
  4. If using fresh pineapple, cut it into bite-sized chunks.
  5. Segment the orange and remove any seeds.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, add all the fruits: strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, pineapple, and orange segments.
  7. Drizzle the honey and lemon juice over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  8. Add fresh mint leaves on top for garnish.
  9. Transfer the fruit salad into a serving bowl and enjoy!

Notes

To keep your fruits fresh, prepare this salad within a few hours of serving. Avoid freezing as the texture changes. Best consumed within 1-2 days.
