Cooking
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for about 2-3 hours, or until the tomatoes are shriveled yet still juicy.
- Remove the tomatoes from the oven and let them cool completely.
Storage
- Transfer the cooled tomatoes into sterilized jars and store them submerged in oil.
Notes
