Preparation
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low to medium-low, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts (if using).
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
- Once set, lift out using parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
For variations, try white chocolate instead of dark chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Freeze for longer storage, wrapping pieces in plastic wrap.
