  • 2 cups chocolate chips Use dark or milk chocolate for best results.
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk This will help create a smooth texture.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows For mixing into the fudge.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Enhances the flavor.
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts Optional, can use walnuts or pecans.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low to medium-low, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts (if using).
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
  7. Once set, lift out using parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

For variations, try white chocolate instead of dark chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Freeze for longer storage, wrapping pieces in plastic wrap.
