  • 1 cup self-rising flour

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 1 cup of self-rising flour. Use a spatula or your hands to mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Lightly sprinkle flour over a clean surface. Turn out the dough and knead gently for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until it’s just combined.
  4. Flatten the dough to about 1 inch thick. Use a round biscuit cutter or a glass to cut out your biscuits and place them on the prepared baking sheet a little apart from one another.
  5. Pop your baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  6. Once baked, they're best enjoyed fresh from the oven. Pair them with your favorite toppings.

Notes

To store, allow biscuits to cool completely before placing in an airtight container. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
