  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can substitute with melted coconut oil.
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 piece egg Optional, for egg wash.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour blend, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir until well mixed.

  4. With slightly wet hands, roll portions of dough into 2-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. If using, brush tops of rolls with egg wash.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for a month. To reheat, place in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5-7 minutes.
