Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour blend, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir until well mixed.
- Gradually add warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar to dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms, adding more gluten-free flour if it’s too sticky.
- With slightly wet hands, roll portions of dough into 2-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- If using, brush tops of rolls with egg wash.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for a month. To reheat, place in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5-7 minutes.
