Easy Dubai Chocolate Cups

  • 200 grams dark chocolate Use halal certified if needed.
  • 100 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chopped nuts Optional for topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, break the dark chocolate into small pieces. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth. Be cautious not to overheat it.
  2. Lightly grease small silicone moulds or cupcake liners to ensure easy removal after setting.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate, and mix thoroughly until smooth and glossy.
  4. Carefully pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared moulds, filling them about three-quarters full. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if using.
  5. Place the moulds in the refrigerator and allow them to set for about 1-2 hours or until firm.
  6. Once set, gently remove the chocolate cups from the moulds and place them on a serving platter.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. Let soften slightly at room temperature before serving.
