Preparation
- Start by cubing your steak into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet, add the olive oil and heat on medium-high. Sear the steak pieces for about 3-4 minutes until they’re browned on the outside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Combine it with your cubed steak in the skillet.
- Transfer your seared steak into your crockpot. Then, pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir gently to mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once ready, serve warm, optionally garnishing with fresh herbs.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. For reheating, use a skillet over low heat to retain tenderness.
