Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bagels into thin rounds—about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and your chosen seasoning. Mix until consistent.
- Lay the bagel slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with the olive oil mixture.
- Arrange the bagel slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the bagel chips halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet.
- Serve warm or store for later.
Notes
