  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the bagels into thin rounds—about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and your chosen seasoning. Mix until consistent.
  4. Lay the bagel slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with the olive oil mixture.
  5. Arrange the bagel slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the bagel chips halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet.
  8. Serve warm or store for later.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the baking sheet. Experiment with different bagel flavors for added variety. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week at room temperature or freeze for longer storage.
