- In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, almond flour, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until thoroughly combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms.
- Gently fold in the sprinkles, being careful not to overmix.
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly using a spatula. Press down firmly to create a compact bar.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours to allow the bars to firm up.
- Once set, remove the mixture from the pan with the parchment paper and cut it into bars.
- Enjoy immediately or store them in an airtight container.
Notes
Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage. To reheat, let sit at room temperature or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
