  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour Can substitute with whole wheat flour or another nut flour
  • 1 pinch salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust amount for desired sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles Make sure they are Halal-friendly!

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, almond flour, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until thoroughly combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms.
  3. Gently fold in the sprinkles, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly using a spatula. Press down firmly to create a compact bar.
  6. Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours to allow the bars to firm up.
  7. Once set, remove the mixture from the pan with the parchment paper and cut it into bars.
  8. Enjoy immediately or store them in an airtight container.

Notes

Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage. To reheat, let sit at room temperature or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
