Preparation and Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (about 130°C) for even cooking.
- Place the eggs directly into the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring good airflow.
- Air fry the eggs for 15 minutes.
- While the eggs cook, prepare a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- Once cooking is finished, carefully transfer the eggs to the ice bath and let them cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Crack the eggshells gently and peel under cool running water for easier removal.
Notes
For softer yolks, reduce the cooking time to 12 minutes. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer. Store unpeeled eggs in the refrigerator for up to one week.
