Preparation
- Line an 8x8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Once melted, pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares. Enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use Halal-certified ingredients for the chocolate chips. Experiment with different chocolate types and add-ins like sea salt, vanilla extract, or peanut butter for flavor variations. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
