  1. Line an 8x8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  3. Once melted, pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  5. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares. Enjoy!

Notes
