  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese with the self-rising flour. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Turn the mixture onto a floured surface and knead gently for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Shape the dough into a round loaf or place it in a bread pan.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

Notes
