  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping Use Halal-certified ingredients
For the Fruit and Extras
  • 2 cups mixed fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, bananas) Feel free to mix in other fruits like peaches or pineapple.
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) Walnuts or pecans work well.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk until fully blended and smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping into the pudding mixture. Be careful not to deflate it!
  3. Once your pudding is smooth and fluffy, add in the mixed fruit, mini marshmallows, and optional chopped nuts. Fold them in carefully.
Chilling
  1. Transfer the mixture into a dessert bowl for serving and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors meld together.
Serving

Notes
