  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Make sure your chicken is cooked and shredded ahead of time.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed Steam to maintain their color and crunch.
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini recommended) Cook according to package instructions.
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For topping.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil water and cook your chosen pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked pasta, and Alfredo sauce. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, ensuring it is large enough to hold all the ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve hot. Enjoy!

Notes

Substitutions: Add diced bell peppers or mushrooms for extra veggies. For faster prep, use pre-cooked chicken. To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until heated through.
