Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel, then season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sauté minced garlic in a medium skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until a creamy sauce forms. Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
- In a baking dish, place the seasoned chicken breasts and pour the creamy sauce over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for around 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) or in a microwave on low power.
