Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms and set the caps aside.
- Finely chop the stems and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped mushroom stems, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the creamy crab filling generously into each mushroom cap, pressing gently to pack the mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the mushrooms are tender.
