  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  1. Gather all ingredients and ensure your butter is softened.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and minced garlic.
  3. Stir in chopped parsley and chives for added color and freshness.
  4. Add in the lemon juice and smoked paprika, mixing well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Transfer the Cowboy Butter to a serving dish and it's ready for dipping.

Notes

Store Cowboy Butter in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
