  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic adds a rich flavor
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped Fresh herbs elevate the flavor
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped Use fresh chives for best results
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika Adjust for spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Make sure it’s Halal
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season as desired

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients, including softening the unsalted butter and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter with the minced garlic and mix until smooth.
  3. Add chopped parsley, chopped chives, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and vibrant.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more smoked paprika for spice if desired.
  6. For best results, wrap the sauce in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week or freeze in ice cube trays for up to three months. Allow to thaw in the fridge or gently heat in a microwave-safe dish.
