- Start by placing cotton candy into a large mixing bowl. If the cotton candy is fluffy, gently break it up with your hands to create delicate strands.
- Add the mini marshmallows and whipped cream to the bowl, gently folding them in with a spatula until well combined.
- Sprinkle in the graham cracker crumbs, saving a small amount for garnish later. Mix again until everything is evenly distributed.
- Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture and form small mounds on a serving plate.
- Top the bites with additional graham cracker crumbs and sprinkles. They’re ready to serve!
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture. Can keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day but may lose fluffiness. Reheating is not necessary, but let them sit at room temperature before enjoying.
