Preparation

Filling
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.
Assembly
- Once the crust is cool, pour the creamy filling into the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until the filling is set.
Serving
- Once set, top the pie with remaining crushed cookies and drizzle some chocolate fudge or ganache if desired.
