Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise and whisk to a smooth texture.
  3. Pour in 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and add 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Whisk until a creamy texture is achieved.
  4. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of sugar and whisk until combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Give it a taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

The dressing stays fresh in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days. It’s great as a dip or in sandwiches. Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version!
