- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lay the flour tortillas flat on a cutting board and slice them into triangles.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon, mixing well.
- Arrange tortilla triangles on a baking sheet and brush each with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the buttered tortillas.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, and serve.
Notes
Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For freezing, ensure they're well-packed, and reheat in the oven to restore crispness.
