  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter Can substitute with coconut oil for a dairy-free version.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lay the flour tortillas flat on a cutting board and slice them into triangles.
  3. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon, mixing well.
  4. Arrange tortilla triangles on a baking sheet and brush each with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the buttered tortillas.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, and serve.

Notes

Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For freezing, ensure they're well-packed, and reheat in the oven to restore crispness.
