- Start by melting your chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Line a small baking dish or tray with parchment paper. Pour half of the melted chocolate into the bottom and spread evenly to create a thin layer.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer, smoothing it out.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, ensuring it covers it completely.
- Place your dish in the refrigerator for at least an hour, or until the chocolate has fully set.
- Once set, cut into squares or rectangles. Optionally, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top before serving for a delightful crunch.
Notes
These treats can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
