Method
 

Preparation
  1. Finely chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer without boiling over.
  3. Remove the cream from heat once heated, add the chopped chocolate and vanilla extract, and stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Setting Up

  2. Prepare your dippers on a platter.
