Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces ripe avocados Ensure avocados are perfectly ripe for the best creamy texture!
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Can adjust sweetness to preference.
  • 1/4 cup almond milk Can substitute with coconut milk for a tropical twist.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
  3. Blend at a low speed and gradually increase until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if desired, then blend again.
  5. Transfer the pudding into serving bowls or a container and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Top with fresh berries, shredded coconut, or nuts before serving.

Notes

Store any leftover pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, use a freezer-safe container and thaw overnight before serving. Sweetness levels can be adjusted based on personal preference.
