- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
- Blend at a low speed and gradually increase until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if desired, then blend again.
- Transfer the pudding into serving bowls or a container and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Top with fresh berries, shredded coconut, or nuts before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, use a freezer-safe container and thaw overnight before serving. Sweetness levels can be adjusted based on personal preference.
