Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk. Stir until just combined.
- If using turkey bacon, mix it into the batter. Fold in the chopped green onions.
- Lightly grease a baking dish with a drizzle of melted butter.
- Pour the biscuit mixture into the greased dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Drizzle the remaining melted butter on top after baking.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
