Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium heat and ensure it's clean for a perfect sear.
- Place the red snapper fillets on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning over both sides. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Slice the lemon into rounds and set aside some slices for garnishing.
Grilling
- Once your grill is ready, place the seasoned red snapper fillets on the grill grate. Add lemon slices on top of the fish and grill for about 5-6 minutes.
- Gently flip the fillets using a spatula and grill for an additional 5-6 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
- Remove the fillets from the grill and place them on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and the reserved lemon slices.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
Notes
For substitutions, tilapia or cod can serve as alternatives to red snapper. Ensure your grill is properly preheated to avoid sticking.
