Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat and ensure it's clean for a perfect sear.
  2. Place the red snapper fillets on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning over both sides. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
  3. Slice the lemon into rounds and set aside some slices for garnishing.
Grilling
  1. Once your grill is ready, place the seasoned red snapper fillets on the grill grate. Add lemon slices on top of the fish and grill for about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Gently flip the fillets using a spatula and grill for an additional 5-6 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
  1. Remove the fillets from the grill and place them on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and the reserved lemon slices.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

Notes

For substitutions, tilapia or cod can serve as alternatives to red snapper. Ensure your grill is properly preheated to avoid sticking.
