  1. Begin by shucking the corn. Remove the husk and silk, then rinse under cold water to ensure it’s clean.
  2. In a large pot, add 4 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring it to a boil over high heat.
  3. Once the water is boiling, carefully drop the corn into the pot. Ensure they are fully submerged.
  4. After you’ve added the corn, drop in the pieces of unsalted butter to infuse flavors.
  5. Allow the corn to boil for about 8-10 minutes until the kernels are tender and vibrant yellow.
  6. Carefully remove the corn using tongs. Let any excess water drain off. Serve immediately with a drizzle of melted butter on top.
