- Clear off your countertop and gather all your ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie protein powder, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Mix until fully combined.
- Fold in chopped walnuts and chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Refrigerate the bites for about 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to three months. Allow to thaw before enjoying.
