Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup brownie protein powder Use your favorite brand
  • 1/2 cup almond butter Can substitute with peanut or cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts Feel free to add more if you like
  • to taste chocolate chips Optional for extra flavor
  • a pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Clear off your countertop and gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie protein powder, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Fold in chopped walnuts and chocolate chips if using.
  4. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  5. Place the balls onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
  6. Refrigerate the bites for about 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to three months. Allow to thaw before enjoying.
