  • 2 cups pineapple juice Use 100% fruit juice with no added sugars.
  • 2 cups cranberry juice Use 100% fruit juice with no added sugars.
Other Ingredients
  • 1 liter ginger ale Add slowly to maintain bubbles.
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries For garnish and flavor.
  • 1 cup blueberries For garnish and flavor.
  • to taste cubes Ice cubes For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  2. In your pitcher, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. Stir gently.
  3. Slowly pour in the ginger ale to preserve the bubbles.
  4. Add in the sliced strawberries and blueberries, then stir gently to mix.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Breakfast Punch over the ice.
  6. Garnish with extra fruit slices if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For variations, swap orange juice with mango juice or cranberry juice with pomegranate juice. Avoid excessive stirring after adding ginger ale to maintain fizziness. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
