Ingredients

Base and Layering
  • 1 box Biscoff cookies Crushed for the base
  • 4 pieces ripe bananas, sliced Add bananas last to prevent browning
  • 2 cups milk Dairy-free alternatives can be used
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix Follow package instructions for preparation
  • 1 cup whipped cream Dairy-free alternatives can be used
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread Melted for drizzling on top

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until it thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a separate dish or individual serving glasses, start by laying down a generous layer of crushed Biscoff cookies as your base.
  3. Place a layer of banana slices over the cookies, arranging them nicely for presentation.
  4. Spoon a layer of the prepared pudding over the bananas, smoothing it out for an even surface.
  5. Continue layering more Biscoff cookies, bananas, and pudding until you reach the top of your serving dish. Finish with a layer of whipped cream.
  6. Drizzle melted Biscoff spread over the top for added flavor and visual appeal.
  7. Allow the Biscoff Banana Pudding to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended due to texture compromise.
