- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and chopped nuts (if using). Stir until well mixed.
- Add in the peanut butter and honey. Mix thoroughly until the dry ingredients are fully coated.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&M’s to distribute evenly throughout the mixture.
- Using your hands, take about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is formed into balls.
- Place the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy immediately, or store them in an airtight container for later!
Notes
Feel free to substitute peanut butter with almond or cashew butter for different flavor profiles. If the mixture is too dry, add more honey or nut butter as needed.
