- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Cut the strawberries into quarters, peel and dice the kiwi, slice the banana, and prepare the pineapple chunks if using fresh.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and banana.

- Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss everything together.
- Transfer your fruit salad to a serving bowl and garnish it with fresh mint leaves.
