Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup blueberries, rinsed
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Cut the strawberries into quarters, peel and dice the kiwi, slice the banana, and prepare the pineapple chunks if using fresh.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and banana.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss everything together.
  5. Transfer your fruit salad to a serving bowl and garnish it with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour to chill before serving.

Notes

Feel free to use your favorite fruits. Ensure they are all halal-friendly. Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days. Best enjoyed fresh!
