- Start by peeling the ripe bananas and removing the skin from the peaches. Cut them into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
- In a blender, add the banana pieces, peach slices, yogurt, almond milk, and honey (if you’re using it).
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again until combined.
- Give your smoothie a taste test. If it’s not sweet enough for your liking, feel free to add more honey.
- Pour your Banana Peach Smoothie into a glass or two, and if you like, top with granola or chia seeds for added texture.
Notes
This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Freeze individual servings in ice cube trays for a quick breakfast option.
