Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the turkey wings under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well to create a flavorful rub and coat the turkey wings generously.
- Place the seasoned turkey wings in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Pour the chicken broth around the wings in the dish.
Cooking
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and let them bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy.
- Once they’ve reached a nice golden color, remove the wings from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Baked Turkey Wings can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven to restore the crispy exterior.
