Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and halve the pears lengthwise, then scoop out the core to create a small well.
- Place the pear halves cut side up in a baking dish.
- Fill the wells of the pears with an assortment of berries.
- Drizzle honey generously over the pears and berries.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
- Dot with small pieces of butter on each pear half.
Baking
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Remove foil for the last 10 minutes to allow the tops to brown slightly.
- Serve warm, optionally with whipped cream.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes.
